Overview
Eslaforde LLC ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our mobile applications ("Apps"), including Simple Anagram Helper, Simple Spelling Bee Helper, and the Eslaforde Workout Tracker.
Information We Collect
Our Apps are designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our own servers. Specifically:
- We do not collect names, email addresses, or contact information through our Apps.
- We do not track your location.
- We do not use analytics or tracking tools within our Apps.
- We do not use cookies or similar technologies.
- We operate no servers that store user data.
Data Storage
Simple Anagram Helper stores your current puzzle state (entered letters and tile positions) locally on your device using standard iOS preferences. No data leaves your device.
Simple Spelling Bee Helper keeps puzzle state in memory only during your session — nothing is persisted when the app is terminated. No data leaves your device.
Eslaforde Workout Tracker stores your exercises, templates, workout history, and settings locally on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, that data syncs across your own Apple devices through Apple's CloudKit framework — it goes only to your private iCloud container and is never visible to us. If you enable Apple Health integration in the app's Settings, completed workouts are written to your Apple Health database as Traditional Strength Training sessions; we have no access to that data either.
Subscriptions
Our Apps offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions managed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information. Subscription status is verified locally on your device through Apple's StoreKit framework.
Third-Party Services
Our Apps do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, or social media SDKs. The Eslaforde Workout Tracker uses Apple's own frameworks — CloudKit (for iCloud sync) and HealthKit (for the optional Apple Health integration) — both of which keep your data within your Apple ID and your device. If you have separately enabled the Apple Health → Strava sync inside the Strava app, Strava reads your workouts from Apple Health directly; the Eslaforde Workout Tracker does not communicate with Strava.
Children's Privacy
Our Apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Since we do not collect any personal data, our Apps are safe for users of all ages.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
